Last Wednesday, June 27, 2018, Mr. Takehiko Nakao – the President of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), paid a visit to the DNES - Danang Business Incubator, within the framework of the Sixth Global Environment Facility Assembly and SURF 2018. On this occasion, Mr. Huy Nguyen – the Managing Director of Sioux High Tech Software was invited to the DNES to make a speech about the ‘Smart City’.
As a high tech software company, Sioux has cooperated with the Danang Department Of Information And Communications to develop various projects which facilitate and allow the citizens to experience a much better life in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.

DanaBus, Feedback Danang are some of the typical smart applications that are developed by Sioux with the purpose of enhancing the standard of living of Danang people. At next move, Sioux will continue to act as the R&D department and the developer of a new machine learning project for the city government. This project is expected to improve the urban management via ‘Smart Surveillance Systems’ within the city area.
It is worth mention that Mr. Takehiko Nakao is particularly interested in and is looking at projects that use new technologies such as AI. For example, the use of AI technology to reduce traffic congestion. The ADB President added: The challenges and opportunities of promoting innovation and entrepreneurial spirit are not exclusive to Danang. All young people in the world are embracing new technologies, and taking risks to find new solutions for their business. Let's start the business ideas from the research and application of smart and advanced technologies.
